Ever fallen in love with a place that instantly felt like home? That’s our story! Several years ago, we (Andrea and Emily) took a trip to Ireland. There wasn’t much about this beautiful country that we didn’t fall in love with. The history, the people, the tea (Andrea) the coffee (Emily) and pretty much everything about the culture fascinated and delighted us. We went exploring, and the more we discovered the more we fell in love with. One idea that captivated us thoroughly was from a cafe called Third Space. You live in one space, work in another, but your third space is a space for margin in your life. In the third space you meet friends, you eat, you plan, you dream and you lay the foundation for incredible things to be built into your life. We knew after the introduction of this idea (thanks to Third Space in Dublin) we wanted to see something replicated at home in California. A place for people to come and not only feel welcomed but invited. A space to pause, to breathe, a place to be loved, and loved on and a place to cultivate something incredible in the community and in the hearts of friends old and new. Thus, Lovewell Tea & Coffee was born. A cafe in Ventura where everyone is welcomed to belong. A place to grab a great cup of tea or coffee and have hangs with the fam, games with your friends, or simply journal and dream. Our own Third Space in Ventura, where our deepest desire is to meet you where you are at and love you well. That’s our mission, our heartbeat for the community and the spirit behind Lovewell Tea & Coffee. Welcome friends, we’re here to love you well.
